Q-  Are there good places to park?  How much does parking cost?
Parking is free and there is plenty of space to park.  Handicapped parking is available as well.  

Q-  Do I need to bring a lawn chair? 
For our outdoor events please bring lawn chairs and/or blankets and pillows.

 

Q-  What are your cell phone and camera policies?
We do not allow any photos or video to be taken during most performances. All cell phones should be set to off or silent (even the vibrations can be heard in our space), and we ask that there is no texting during the production. If pictures are allowed, it will be announced before the start of the show.

 

Q-  I have a conflict for the date I am scheduled to attend. Can I exchange my tickets? 
You are welcome to exchange your tickets up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance. In order to exchange for a new performance date/time, contact the box office at info@lawtoninteractive.com or send us a Private Message to our Facebook page with your order number and phone number. We will contact you. (We are unable to process any ticket-related exchange requests within 24 hours of your show date.)
Tickets are not refundable. They are, however, transferable! If you find that you cannot attend the performance for which you have tickets please send an email to info@lawtoninteractive.com or send us a private message on Facebook with your order number and phone number.  You may give friends your physical tickets or in your email of Facebook message give us your friend’s name and we will hold electronic tickets at the box office. 

 

Q-  What is your outdoor rain policy?
Due to the unpredictable nature of Oklahoma weather, performances will not cancel due to inclement weather* until after 8:00 pm.
If the show is cancelled less than 24-hours in advance of curtain, up to intermission of the performance, you may exchange your admission for another performance of the same show or request a refund by sending an email to info@lawtoninteractive.com or sending us a private message on Facebook with your order number and phone number.
If a performance reaches intermission before inclement weather* cancellation, no rain-checks, exchanges or refunds will be issued.

*inclement weather shall be defined as a sustained hard rain fall for 10-minutes or more or any severe weather warnings issued by KSWO TV, and/or the sounding of warning sirens.

 

Q-  Can I bring food and drink to the performance?
Outside food or beverages are not allowed at any of our productions.  We will have snacks, food, and beverages available for pretty much any production whether indoor or outdoor.

 

Q-  How do I purchase tickets for an event?
You can check ticket prices, availability, and purchase tickets by selecting the “Buy Tickets” buttons throughout our website. Certain shows may have walk up tickets available and that information will be published on our website in the show description.
